I love Strawberry beer

Strawberry beer made from exactly strawberry enzyme.
Of course, it is alcohol for a little bit.

When teaching Saturday last week, I put in a teaspoonful ginger enzyme.
The enzyme began work immediately.
It put into the bottle two days ago.

There has a problem.
Granulated sugar was used so that a color might be made beautifully.
usually I do not use Granulated sugar.

Comment.
A strong carbonic acid, and very safe, since all the materials are natural.
However, only four small cola cola bottles were made from a 1kg strawberry.

If a lid is put into a refrigerator in total and is firmly placed even if it drinks and leaves, fermentation will further progress.

Since sweet taste becomes the food of yeast rapidly, it decreases and it goes,
I think that it is good.

A little, it gets drunk!!!

これを先週土曜日に仕込む時に小さじ一杯の生姜酵素を入れて、しっかり発酵が進み、二日前に瓶に入れた。
問題は色が奇麗になるようににグラニュー糖を使ったこと。次回はブラウンシュガーで作ってみよう。

感想。
シュワー! 直ぐに開けられない
全ての材料がナチュラルなので安心やけど、1kgの苺から小さなコーラコーラ瓶4本しか出来んかった。

でも、半分飲んでしっかり締めて冷蔵庫に入れといたらまた、発酵が進む。けど、甘みはどんどんイーストの餌になるから減って行くけど、

ええと思います。

若干、赤い顔!!!
